well first thing u can buy a shitty digital camera, or u can use photoshop or anything like that make it darrker or grainy something to make it look like it was taken in a hurry or with semi bad quality

This site has a free plug in for Photoshop called Virtual Photographer. It has a filter called Disposable. If you do not have Photoshop, they have a free editor which includes the filters.
