Webkins.com My grandkids love it. You do have to buy a webkins animal though. They are not expensive. I got them at Wallgreens. Most toy stores have them though.

Well, the biggest online game for kids around your son’s age is Toontown Online. However, there’s also FlyFF (Fly For Fun, hosted by Gpotato) as well as many more. Toontown is probably the most kid-friendly, but requires a subscription fee. Fly For Fun is completely free, but money can be spent to purchase upgrades of many sorts (i don’t know personally because i haven’t played it)
If your son likes fantasy-themed games and you don’t mind him playing a teen-rated game (there is some edgy stuff like alcohol, blood, and fantasy violence, but i always say, “they’re gonna learn about it sooner or later, so you might as well have them see it now”), the best game i can suggest is the online giant, World of Warcraft.
