Well my only platform that I have is PlayStation 2 and PC. I want a god platform/simulation game that I can make, it has to be enjoyable, reasonably hard and could i have it at the rating of teen or lower?

Ratchet & Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal or Kingdom Hearts.
Preferably, you should make one of a game that people would need a walkthrough of. Try latest release games for the PC, like Modern Warfare 2 when it’s released, or Dead Space.
It’s not much good making walkthrough for older games.
