I have a small galley with a few cabinets, and only one (one!) Drawer. But I still have many items to store food, many of which are in a pantry area on chrome wire Regale. In the kitchen itself, I have a wall about 10 feet long suitable to the organization of material. I encourage to organize two options: a pegboard or a rod System.Hier are the basics pegboard idea: http://www. design sponge online. com/2007/08/peg-board-project. htmlHier’s the basic idea rod system: http://www. IKEA. com/us/en/catalog/categories/series/08006 / So, my question: You have tried one of these ideas – or something completely different – to organize your kitchen and other gadgets Hangy things? What do you think is attractive? Due to the close arrangement of the kitchen (Galley style), I look forward to using the wall to make yourself. . . no islands, no shelves (I have some of these high), that nothing gets in the way of my limited space. . . mainly just looking at the wall as a tool for the organization of things that depend on them or use them in any way asked. Thank you!

they do have narrow roll-away carts..give you some more counter space too..also they have magnetic strips that you could use to store some of your more frequently used utensils..(that are metal of course)
also you could install some open shelving and use some square wicker or woven baskets to keep some things ‘out of sight’(they would act sort of like ‘drawers’..and on the ends of the shelves put some small hooks for hanging additional items..
I saw that peg board idea on design sponge too- I’m in love with it! The Ikea rails are excellent- I have some in my kitchen and they’re great to work with.
Both options are great, but there are 2 major differences- 1) the peg board option is FAR cheaper, but 2) will only look good if the rest of your house goes with the “kitschier” look- ie: it probably wouldn’t be an excellent idea in a super modern loft-style home, you know?
