I called Kodak support and they no longer offer support for my model, the DX3500. However, the rep has to say to me that it with the Kodak EasyShare software it is. I lost the software supplied in a train. In addition, I am I ratlos.Wenn my USB plug into the computer, nothing happens, the EasyShare software that I downloaded does not appear automatically. When I try to install and the camera in “Control Panel” my model is not high on the list, it is said to nutzen.Gibt the software is something about being the administrator of the computer? Any help you would great. I have 400 + pictures from my NB twins on my camera that I can not download and need a new camera when I can afford to get! So any tips are very grateful as I am with that in the meantime I got stuck, thank you, thank you!

Don’t bother with cables or special software!
The easiest and best method to download photos and video from your camera to your computer is via a little USB card reader (which are quite cheap these days).
Plug the reader into a USB port and insert the memory card.
It will show up as a drive, and you can simply drag and drop the photos across to the folder of your choice.

The card reader is a good option if you were using a compact flash card.
If your photos are stored in the internal memory, you’ll have to go with the software install to download your photos.
