I am a good bakeware that mixed the dough, and so are looking for a tool to buy it for my wife, she may bake all sorts of stuff, I do not mind the price, just want some cool gadgets that most do not DingIch have no idea how to answer everyone here, thank anyhooo. . . I was the Stand Mixer KitchenAid Professional Series HD at Costco thinking is the lowest @ 239 retail price $ 299, this is an ad. I have for black friday, this is a good price or I get something similar for a better price.

You’re in the right direction.
Get her a Kitchen-Aid Stand Mixer. This can do all of that–just change the paddles for what you are doing. In addition, it can covert into an ice cream maker, meat grinder, pasta maker, etc….for all of that though, you will have to buy the corresponding attachments and enhancements. Otherwise, it’s very durable and an incredibly useful tool in the kitchen. I bake a lot, so I use mine all the time and it’s great.
Kitchen Aid is good, always. Krups is a good name brand that is reliable as is Cuisinart. Both can be purchased most places. Sunbeam has a nice line also that is less expensive but will last a very long time. Delonghi is good as well. There are several good ones to chose from anymore.
I have a Kitchen aid kitchen center I’ve had for about 15 years and I just love it. You can also get wonderful prices on all of the ones I mentioned at Amazon.com
my husband gave me one(Kitchen aid) for Christmas 8 years ago and it felt like he gave me a diamond ring. I prefer the model that has the bowl attached to an arm that goes up and down. Its the 6 quart model.
My suggestion would be to take her shopping some time and see what she likes (we females are ridiculously particular when it comes to our kitchen appliance preferences!)…
If you do not wish to do that, I suggest the following, which could always be returned if it is not to her liking! (Keep in mind, I like LARGE size applicances… she may prefer a smaller model.)
