   Try windows movie maker.
   You have it already installed if you have xp or vista.

   first go to that video’s page:
   then copy the Url ( e.g. http://www.youtube.com/2A;SLDFK)
   and then go to
   http://www.zamzar.com/url/
   paste in the url in “Step 1″
   go to step 2 and choose one of the video formates (i think mov is the best)
   then type in your email in “step 3″
   convert
   then after you recieve the file save it then edit it on Windows Movie Maker (already on xp and vistas)
   if you have mac then use i video
   hope this helps
