It took less time to prepare, which is essential rather than diving to find something that did not quite right – both Nathan and I have been guilty in the past of making stuff only to find a better way to do so. But parts availability is the biggest issue, delivery time was long delayed for various reasons too complicated to discuss here. This video will reassess the engine compartment assembly, most of the battery racks are welded now and control the battery has arrived (with the exception of the master unit, d’oh!). We will examine management of battery, the most efficient use of space in the engine compartment and got AC motor that will drive the steering air-con/power. (Incidentally, the AC motor and BMS come from www.bev.com.au, when they are custom-made). Also older untapped segment of vein in the removal of weight, as this is crucial for obtaining mileage. Oh, and a mention of cabling force that will try to get through some of the sub-frame, rather than work under a vehicle or a huge carpet (because the cord sits inside a plastic cord canal about an inch in diameter) so long as it’s legal to talk to someone who knows (know something it is like a 600mm distance between putting u-bracket). Hi, this is one of BMS BEV Melbourne. It is very difficult to reproduce; simple sliding resistors, and an area used Tiny13 Atmel programmed in C for most surge protection (the chip is the same size as triple5). There are better BMS now available, especially compact resin coated modules evworks (point) COM (dot) au. Cheers, Caramel
