I want a digital camera for Christmas this year, but I have no idea which one to ask for. I just want a nice, cute, good-quality camera for around 0 or less.
I probably won’t need a very professional one and am not a photographer or anything like that- just using it for fun.

Answer by armando7712 I would highly recommend the Canon Powershot a590 IS. It’s only around 0 which is half of your max price. The quality of photos from this camera are on par with others I’ve tried worth 300-400 dollars. I’d consider this a wise investment.

I have to take a Communication Photography class next semester and the department is all digital now so I’m required to use a DSLR camera. I have absolutely no experience with them. I also have a visual impairment, my vision is only 20/200. I also want to keep things on the lower end of the price scale, though I understand that these cameras are expensive.

The Bushnell Trophy cam uses SD cards, and so does my camera. My camera also has a preview screen. I want to use a digital camera to view the pictures taken by the Bushnell Trophy cam, but they don’t see it. Is there a digital camera that will work?
I found it! A Kodak EasyShare model c315 will view the pictures!

Answer by Caoedhen No. Each brand of camera has it’s own file structure. Nobody but Bushnell cares where Bushnell puts it photos.
Depending on the control in your camera, you *may* be able to point it to a different directory on the SD card. Not all cams will let you do this, and even if they do, they may not like the Bushnell shots anyway.

So I have been looking into getting a new digital camera and was thinking a waterproof digital camera would be cool to have. I have a two year old daughter and it would be nice to be able to have more freedom on weather and water photos. But I have heard that waterproof digital cameras can have poor image quality. So I was just wondering if anyone could tell me which waterproof digital camera has the best image quality? Which would you recommend?
