Here’s in short basically how you can copy PS2 DVD games.
First thing you need is a DVD/CD burner. A normal DVD drive (DVD-ROM) will read CD/DVDs but it will not write to a CD/DVD. One way to tell is to look at the description on your DVD reader. If it says DVD-ROM only, then you only have a reader and can’t burn DVD. If it says anything like DVD+R or DVD-R or DVD-RAM, then your reader can burn DVDs.

Also note that, sometimes it may not burn correctly and you may need to try again if this happens. Depending on the size of the data, it may take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours.

I have gta 4 and I think that using cheats in the game will ruin some missions or lock up the game. But i know there is know achievements in the ps3 version, so what will it mess up if anything.
