I’ve been looking for a digital camera but am having a bit troubel as to wich is a good one. I want one thats under 200 dollers, but that can take pictures fast and in dark (ex. concerts) i also want it to have a video recording. any suggetions?

look into nikons.
The D40 is pricey (WAY over 200), but very worthwhile and will last a lifetime
As far as “regular” cameras go they have many high quality cameras (I recommend a coolpix) for under 200 at stores like staples, best buy, costco, etc. just walk to their camera section and ask the salesperson for a recommendation based on your preferences.

I want to upgrade to a digital camera and I was wondering what would be a good one to go with for an amateur photographer. I like the Cannon Rebel line of cameras but I was wondering what a more affordable option might be. What are your thoughts on the Pentax K100d. I learned on a Pentax K1000 and I read that most of the older lenses will fit the Pentax digital SLR cameras.

I want one that takes really sharp pictures, has an optical zoom, not digital zoom, and has at least 3 mega pixels and is under 300 bucks. The digital camera I have now is really bad, it’s a Polaroid I-Zone, and the pictures are horrible. I can’t take pictures of myself with the flash on, because my face gets washed out even if I hold it far away from my face, and if I try to take a picture without the flash, my face is really red and blotchy. I need a good digital camera that’s professional photographer quality. Thank you.

I am planning to own a digital camera. After a second thought, is it wise to buy a good quality cell phone with good camera inbuilt or should I get a separate digital camera. the purpose is to capture precious moments of my todler. thanx.

i wouldnt trust precious once in a lifetime pictures to any camera phone…none of them have optical zoom and pic quality is still inferior to even the cheapest entry level camera. as long as your kid is not running around and your majority of pics will be stills…get a camera such as the inexpensive canon a590is and leave your cellphone to making calls and taking “caught on cam” emergency pics.

with a DSLR, the camera doesn’t have image stablization. You can buy lenses with them, but they are very expensive. I just bought a Canon lens with an image stablizer in it and paid 9.

I really like Canon DSLR’s. You can go to their website and get an idea on the prices.

Any DSLR you get will have action and macro features.

I want to buy a used or new digital camera, a very slim one such as the Casio EX series, but those are too expensive. I want to spend about for a used/new slim digital camera and I want to buy it on eBay. I’m looking for some off-brand, but quality super slim digital camera ideas.

Get one with Image stabilization. The best camera I have seen cheap is the kodak v570 it’s awesome. You can find them on ebay. See actual high speed video below where the guy uses it on his motorcycle.
