There are small kitchen appliances or gadgets you keep changing? Is there something that you hardly ever use? Use for me, my garlic press at least four times per week. I also use my wine opener quite a bit. 
lol.I love my 4-sided grater, but I do not use it very often. 
Wow. I want to quit at some places you guys’! LOL. Sounds like you all are well versed in the kitchen. Jacob V-I hardly my microwave more than that. I do not even think I use it plugged in for storage. LOL.
